Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month 

June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month.  Worldwide, 50 million people are living with Alzheimer's and other dementias. 


Donate to the Alzheimer's Association to contribute to critical research and support for those affected.  

You can also take these steps to stay healthy and independent as you get older:

  • Keep your body and mind active

  • Choose healthy foods

  • Get enough sleep

  • Talk to your doctor about any health concerns

  • Take fall precautions
